This issue is associated only with the batch 106585 and does impact any other batches of KYND Stress Relief tablets.

Recall Action Instructions	Global Health initiative advise: Retail pharmacies: Inspect the stock immediately & quarantine all iimpacted stock. Contact wholesaler to organise return of impacted stock & receive a credit. Wholesaler CWH & Coles: Inspect stock immediately & quarantine all impacted stock. Destroy all the impacted stock & email copy of a destruction certificate to iNova to obtain a credit. Wholesalers: Inspect the stock immediately & quarantine all the impacted stock. Destroy all the impacted stock & email copy of a destruction certificate to iNova to obtain a credit. Affected pharmacies have been notified to return impacted stock to the wholesaler where purchased. Before destroying the returned stock from the pharmacies, wait for the sponsor to provide the summary of the expected stock returned by the pharmacies. Email copy of a destruction certificate to iNova to obtain a credit. This action has been reviewed & is considered complete in accordance with the requirements of the URPTG.
