Testing of the affected product identified a very low level of soy protein from a raw material that the manufacturer used during manufacture of the affected batch.
Finished-product testing detected soy protein at 13.2-13.4mg/kg corresponding to approximately 0.023mg (23ug) soy protein at the maximum daily dose.
No adverse events, hypersensitivity/allergic reactions, or other safety complaints associated with affected batch were identified as of 13 October 2026. |

Customers should:
•If you have a known or suspected allergy to soy, do not consume the affected product.
•Check the batch number on their product. If product is from batch B5317.120, stop using it and put it aside for return to Happy Mammoth.
• Contact Happy Mammoth regarding a refund / replacement/ return arrangements as per the customer letter.
If you have consumed the product and experience symptoms of an allergic reaction, stop using the product and seek medical advice. For a serious or rapidly developing allergic reaction, seek urgent medical assistance |
