ADRENALINE-LINK PFS is supplied in a twist box sealed with closure labels at both ends. A packaging problem has been identified whereby the closure labels may appear to realign after the twist box has been opened and re-closed. As a result, a twist box containing a used or empty syringe may be inadvertently returned to stock and placed back into circulation.
To date, no complaints relating to this problem have been received in Australia. |

Customers are to:
- Inspect both ends of the ADRENALINE-LINK PFS (Batch 0161123) twist box prior to use and verify that the closure labels are intact.
- Be aware that an updated closure label design will be introduced in future batches to assist with the identification of previously opened packaging. |
