Braun has identified that during initial configuration, certain battery units may not be detected by the HiBaSeD configuration software and therefore cannot be configured for hospital WiFi connectivity The problem is limited to WiFi configuration/connectivity. The battery power supply function, pump therapy delivery, alarm functionality and other safety-critical clinical functions are not affected.
No adverse events have been reported due to this problem. |

Customers are to:
· Identify the affected devices listed in Annex I of the Customer Letter and prepare them for return in accordance with the instructions provided by B. Braun.
· Confirm completion of the product exchange activities for all affected devices.
