Reason/Issue Between 3 May and 11 June 2024, Magic Mobility identified or had reported to it eight wheelchairs (4 XT4 and 4 Magic 360), that the left-hand indicator or front headlights remained on despite not being activated. This problem persisted even after the wheelchair was powered off via the joystick. Investigations determined the cause was a batch of the 3rd party supplied MM-PG-ISM6L module, which was continuing to supply power to the lights, when it should not.
