Reason/Issue	The Haines Air Assisted Transfer Mattress is intended to be MRI safe, however the buckles used for these batches contain two small ferrous metal springs that are not compatible with MRI machines. This problem was found during investigation of a product complaint by the manufacturer. There have been no other complaints received related to this product.
