Nick Jones Enterprises Pty Ltd is updating the label of GEN-TEC Ultimate Male Fuel as the label is missing the following warning relating to vitamin B6 (pyridoxine):
'WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].'
During prolonged use and if high doses are sustained, vitamin B6 can cause peripheral sensory neuropathy - tingling, numbness and burning along with other neurologic and dermatologic effects. |
| Instructions for Customers/Users |
Customers are to:
- Immediately inspect stock and quarantine any affected stock on hand to prevent further use.
- Return affected stock to the address in the Customer Letter.
Nick Jones Enterprises will replace all affected stock with suitably labelled product. |
