The adhesion of the bottle labels for certain batches of nasal decongestant spray is inadequate, and labels may peel away from the bottle. The peeling is such that the entire label can be easily removed.
If the label becomes detached from the bottle, the product contents become unidentifiable.
This problem does not impact any other batches of nasal decongestant spray. |

- Quarantine stock on hand to prevent further distribution
