The TGA identified multiple labelling non-compliances across several batches of the above-listed products. The problems are as follows:
1. Undeclared Sucralose: Non-compliant with TGO 92. It may pose a risk to consumers with sucralose sensitivities.
2. Sugar Alcohol Warning Omission: High intake of sugar alcohols may cause bloating or diarrhoea.
3. Missing Mandatory Warning Statement for Curcuma longa (Turmeric) for the Collagen Joint Support Gummies - Turmeric may affect individuals with pre-existing liver conditions in rare cases.
4. Unapproved Therapeutic Claims: “Prevents osteoporosis” on D3 & K2 Synergy and “Prevents urinary tract infections” on Women’s Health Urinary Tract Support. |

Actions for Wholesalers and Retailers:
- Quarantine affected on hand to prevent further use.
- Return affected stock directly to Star Combo to obtain a replacement or credit.
Actions for Consumers:
- Please stop using any of the affected batch numbers immediately.
- Return the affected stock to your place of purchase for a refund or replacement or contact the sponsor for return and refund of the product.
