Link Pharmaceuticals has conducted an investigation into the complaint and is now releasing the previously quarantined batch of Tepadina 100mg, BN 1709192/3. There have been no capping-related complaints for Tepadina 100mg, BN 1709192/3. |

Customers are advised to inspect each vial prior to use to identify any capping issues.
If product is found with a capping issue, customers are advised to immediately quarantine the affected product and inform Link Pharmaceuticals for return and refund of the product.
