A number of batches of Blackmores Professional Duo Celloids S.C.F. Tablets has been identified via consumer complaints as having microbial mould growth appearing on tableted product. This appears to be occurring after some time in storage and is visible to the naked eye as black or brown patchy spots.
To date no adverse events have been reported in relation to this issue. |

Retailers:
Retailers are advised to inspect stock and quarantine units from impacted batches. Instructions for return are provided on the Customer Letter (supplied to imapcted facilities by the Sponsor).
Consumers:
In the event consumers hold stock from impacted batches, do not use these. Return impacted product to the place of purchase for a refund.
