Reason/Issue	Apotex Pty Ltd has initiated a Recall of affected Paracetamol with Codeine, Rosuvastatin and Pantoprazole products due to a possibility of missing blisters in the cartons. Please note there is no quality, safety or efficacy issue with the tablets themselves. Apotex are requesting that Pharmacists and Consumers inspect their packs for any missing blisters or any other anomalies. If an affected pack is found, please return it to the wholesaler or place of purchase so that a refund can be arranged. In the event there are no anomalies found the product may be used as normal.
